Welcome to Your Ranch Experience. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Cattle Reservation

A non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve your share of a specific head of cattle. This fee covers the initial costs of care and is not a deposit towards the final purchase price of the beef.

3. Ranch Visits

All visits to the ranch must be scheduled in advance. A signed liability waiver is required for all visitors before they can enter the ranch premises. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during your visit.

4. Limitation of Liability

Your Ranch Experience is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during your visit. Agriculture is an inherently risky activity.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
